Capitol was home to graphic designers, filmmakers, video editors, photographers, and startup founders. Unlike the tech and software developer focused workspaces during the time, it was a haven for visual creators.

Due to rising competition with companies like WeWork moving to the busy tech scene of Colorado, we made the choice to close the doors and pursue other ventures. The real estate was acquired by Mosaic Architects who reside there today.
